• Kart League: $700.00 per team (2 -4 people per team)
• Helmets and Racing Suit will be available for rental

Drivers and teams check in from 8:00 am to 9:00 am

• Driver’s meeting: 9:00 am
• Race starts at 10am on Saturday November 23rd.
• Race ends at 2pm on Saturday

• Online Registration.
• Two or more drivers per team.
• Mandatory driver’s meeting.
• Le Mans style start. (Driver will be seating on kart and the teammate will run across the track to tag him)
• Awards are given to each driver on the top three finishing teams.
• Drivers must be 16 years of age and have some driving experience. Please send any request for under aged drivers to [email protected] . Each case will be examined individually. If during the race a driver in not able to maintain a safe minimum speed, that driver will be black flagged and the team must put in another driver immediately.
• Drivers must have all skin covered at all-times at the track.
• RENTAL KARTS will be given fuel by Piquet Race Park.
• All karts must have 2 numbers, front and rear.
• Minimum weight of the enduro kart with driver 540 lbs.

1. Race Distance
a.) 4 Hours plus one lap
b-) You must cross the finish line driving under your power your kart to win the race (no
pushing)

2. Pit Stops
a-) 4 Mandatory Pit stops of 4 minutes
b-) All pit stops must be 4 minutes long.
c-) If you have a mechanical, please see race director to combine pit stops
d-) Last stop must start 10 minutes before race end (Time penalty disqualification)

3. Pit speed
a-) Must be slow. Walking speed slow
b-) Its slow. (Time penalty 1 minute to 5 minutes)

4. Weight
a-) Minimum weight per kart:
b-) All karts will be weighting every time.
c-) Wait until thumbs up to go forward
d-) Minimum weight of the enduro kart with driver 540 lbs.

5. If under weight
a-) Up to 5 lbs. (Time penalty 1 minute)
b-) 5 to 10 lbs. (Time penalty 2 minutes)
c-) Over 10 Lbs. (Time penalty 5 minutes of disqualification)

6. Time Penalty
a-) See number of kart on start finish line
b- ) Have Maximum of 2 laps to stop (Time penalty 2 minutes to disqualification)

7. Flags
a-) Yellow, do not pass until reach the accident. Give position back if not (Time penalty 1
minute)
b-) Red Drive slow to Pit in and stop on track.
c-) Full Course Yellow
d-) Yellow lights on Start finish will be yellow. Follow the leader slowly. Single file restart.
e-) White One to go
f-) Checkered Great job

8. Pits
a-) No karts can be on between white line.
b-) (Time penalty 5 minutes to disqualification)

9. Start
a-) Le Mans Start
b-) Go out, do one lap and grid.

10. Re fueling
a-) Please make sure you have enough fuel
b-) it’s your obligation

11. Safety
a-) All drivers must have helmet, long sleeve shirt and pants and close toes shoes.
b-) If not will have to come in to conform
c-) Does not have to come into pits

12. Kart Pickup
a-) Ask for permission

13. Recovery Kart ( Trailer )
a-) Go to scale
b-) Driving rules (Time penalty all infraction will be 1 minute to disqualification)
c-) No Blocking
d-) No cutting the track
e-) No bumping

- Teams will plan their own pit-stops.
- Good racing strategy will impact your finishing position as these races are very close.
- Even in the long races, teams will often finish on the same lap. All class must change drivers each stop.
- 4 mandatory pit stops of 4 minutes each.

• Mandatory racing suit and gloves, or long pants, long sleeves, close-toed shoes.
• You may bring your own helmet must be approved and closed face helmet, or you can use one of ours for rental.
   • RENTAL KARTS all teams will use our rental karts and will change karts at every pit stop
